General - The trip was, most importantly, absolutely fantastic fun. The organisation was excellent, the execution of the trips and planning of day itineraries was perfectly tuned to the needs and abilities of the group. Fine stuff. And very good value.
Guides - the selection of guides was excellent. All guides involved, without exception, were professional, fun, and hugely encouraging and patient. They understood the needs of the group extremely well, and their knowledge and understanding of the environment/terrain/location was hugely comforting and reassuring.
Accommodation - couldn't have been better. Host, food, rooms, and especially the view all excellent. Was handy to have a balcony to dry clothes.
Riding - what can i say.... absolutely blinding. Real variety of terrains and difficulties, every stretch threw up different challenges and required different skills, which were all utterly enjoyable. Sadistically, i really enjoyed the climbs - every one was like a challenge, it was strangely sociable, sitting and spinning, and there was a real sense of achievement to be had on making it to the top
2 day expedition - well supported, well planned, well routed, well guided, perfect weather, perfect scenery, great food, great accommodation, my highlight of the week.
Health & Safety - excellent. Conscious and careful decisions were made throughout, and it was clearly and most appropriately the main priority throughout the week. As such, there wasn't a single notable accident.
Fast Tracks customer service - as per usual, you and your team completely outdid yourselves in every aspect. Derek was absolutely fantastic - a hugely valuable addition to the team. Darren, you made the whole thing possible and there are not enough good words to compliment the quality of your organisation, people skills, dedication and hard work you put into your tours..
