Mountain Biking can be dangerous and physically demanding………
If you have any doubts about your health it is your responsibility to consult your doctor.
Personal injury insurance is included within the price of the weekend and covers ONLY incidents where permanent total disablement occurs including a dramatic change in lifestyle.
Persons shall take all reasonable precautions to avoid injury, loss or damage.
Know your limits – if in doubt walk!
We do not accept liability for the personal injury or death of any participant, however caused, or for any property belonging to or traveling with a participant.
If you wish to have further insurance you may do so. This will not effect, as will none of the above terms your statutory rights.
We stipulate a minimum age of 15 years.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
To secure a place on a Fast Tracks MTB weekend; a minimum £50 deposit is required. Or presentation of gift voucher. This is non- refundable as from 2 weeks prior to your weekend.
Any weekend cancelled by Fast Tracks MTB due to unforeseeable circumstances will be fully refunded or made fully transferable. Fast Tracks MTB reserves the right to cancel tours with less than 4 participants up
until two days before the activity.
All booking forms are to be signed and returned with the deposit.
All participants will receive a booking form which is to be signed and returned with the deposit/ gift voucher.
